We do not just sell equipment. Our own engineers and technicians design, manufacture, install, maintain and train, so your dialysis water and machines keep running.

Manufacturing and assembly

Thrive equipment is assembled and tested at our Kamunting facility under ISO 13485:2016, with traceable components and documented quality checks.

Installation and commissioning

Site survey, piping and electrical planning, equipment positioning, start-up, water quality testing and handover documentation.

Maintenance and repair

Scheduled preventive maintenance, filter and membrane replacement, breakdown repair and genuine spare parts for RO plants and machines.

Training and technical support

Hands-on training for nurses, technicians and operators on RO monitoring, dialyzer reprocessing and disinfection, with phone and WhatsApp support afterwards.

Design and consulting

Machine-room layout, water system sizing, pre-treatment selection and regulatory documentation for new or expanding dialysis centres.

Regional coverage

Do you maintain RO systems and machines from other manufacturers?

Yes. Our technicians maintain and repair a wide range of dialysis water systems and can supply compatible filters, membranes and chemicals. Contact us with the make and model.

Which areas do you cover?

We have sales and technical teams for HQ and Klang Valley, the Northern region and Pantai Timur, and the Southern region, so we can reach dialysis centres across Peninsular Malaysia.

How often should RO filters be changed?

It depends on feed water quality and daily usage. During commissioning we set a maintenance schedule for your site, typically with sediment filters changed monthly and membranes checked at every preventive maintenance visit.

Can you train our nurses on dialyzer reprocessing?

Yes. Training on ThriveADR operation, Thrive CS handling and ThriveTS residual testing is included with installation, and refresher sessions can be arranged.
